How do I book my membership with the correct dates?
When you choose your membership, make sure to select the same date as your first session (you would have picked this date on your call with Nawa).

I booked my membership, what do I do now?
Congratulations! You’re in! Now it’s time to book in your sessions. You can watch this video that walks you through how to book them in.
I got an email stating my membership was cancelled, what do I do?
If you received an email that says “your membership was cancelled because payment was not received in time” - this is because you made the request to purchase more than one membership and one of them was cancelled due to no payment.
This should not impact you as there will be one membership that you did pay for which will be active. So all you need to do is ignore that email and delete it.

What do I do if I have 2 active memberships?
If you have 2 active memberships, make sure that the start dates do not overlap the 4 week membership period. For example, the 6th of May and 27th of May overlaps, whereas the 6th of May and the 7th of June does not.
If the memberships do overlap, cancel the second membership (the one with the later dates). You will be issued an automatic reimbursement which should land in the account that you paid with at least 5 - 10 business days later depending on your bank. If it exceeds 10 business days, please contact Nawa.
How do I use my membership account to book in sessions, cancel sessions and view future sessions?
Firstly, you will want to login by clicking on the My Profile button in the bottom left hand corner. Once you click that, it will come up with the login form:
Once you’re in, you can use your account to book in Bangka Healing Arts services (these are different to your membership), leave BHA a review, purchase memberships and manage your bookings.
To view or cancel your upcoming sessions, click on the My Bookings button on the left hand side menu. Once you enter this menu, you will see a list of your booked sessions, each with the option to add to your calendar, cancel or book more.
I can’t tell how to reschedule my session. How do I do this?
If you would like to reschedule your session, please arrange this directly with Nawa by emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferred date and time to change your session to.
