Backed by neuroscience, our programs are designed to support individuals, teams, and organisational bodies at work to build skills and embody solutions that target common mental health issues

We work collaboratively with you to design and tailor programs that meet the needs of your organisation and the bodies that work there.
Modules include:
Dealing with anxiety and stress
Avoiding burnout

Balancing work/home
Building a positive workplace culture
Program includes:
3 hour sessions (on-site or remote)
1 month program (4x sessions)
2 month program (6x sessions)
Optional package: 1:1 coaching for staff, management, and directors
