My name is Rachel Lee (she/her), also known as 李凯韵, literally translated as triumphant plum rhyme. Rachel means innocent as a lamb.
Lately I’ve been thinking about innocence as a quality to embody with myself and my interactions with the world at large.
Supremacy culture has us steeped in the soup of shame,
guilt, blame, domination, exploitation and extraction. Our
true essence lies beyond these lies, and re-membering
the innocence of ourselves and all of our relations, seen
and unseen. Choosing to exist outside of the colonial
dream invites us to heal the wounds inflicted upon us and
re-imagine new shapes of breathing, playing, creating,
living and working in our worlds.
I worked for ten years in the non-profit sector as a social worker, in the realms of family violence, housing and mental health, with a sincere hope to “save the world”. The bandaids were not enough to heal the festering wound. I used to thrive in crisis work, where it was one way to feel my own aliveness. Until one day, burnt out, drained and depleted, I knew it was no longer what I wanted to experience anymore.
My Saturn’s Return became a doorway into reckoning with trauma I had tried my whole life to escape from - ancestral, cultural, collective, developmental, religious.
I realised that no amount of trying to Change the outside world mattered if I was unwilling to meet what was also asking to be Changed within.
To me, healing is what occurs when you become the antidote to the wound.
Imagine moving through your days feeling resourced by your ancestors, supported by the Skies and the Earth, anchored in your body, radiant in your spirit, connected to each human and non-human kin you encounter.

What is the dream that you long to bring into form?
The world I am dreaming into being is attuned to real liberation from the inside out, every drop a ripple in the rhythm of our material reality.
As a somatic practitioner and astrologer, Love is the heartbeat of my practice.
What lights me up is working with sensitive, creative visionaries who know in their heart of hearts that they are called to transform their worlds by embodying the Change they want to see. It is not what you do, it is who you are being.
I am here to hold the vision that your presence is a liberation field.
